With over 33 years of industry experience, Aus brings a high-level of professionalism and expertise to the Air JDS team. Over the last 18 years, Aus has worked as an Executive Pilot, having previously worked for 15 years as Captain of various airlines. He has been based in a variety of locations throughout Canada, flying a multitude of commercial and private aircraft all over the world.

Over a 35 year career span in aviation maintenance, Paul has progressively achieved a highly respected reputation in his field through his no-nonsense, practical, effective and valued approach to aircraft maintenance operations. He has managed a variety of aircraft importations throughout the world, been part of numerous aircraft purchases and acquisitions and has a depth of experience with the regulatory body. He is a sought out expert in the field of aircraft maintenance and adds formidable strength to our operations at JDS. His breadth of experience ranges all the way from light piston aircraft to international heavy jets. Paul has been the Director of Maintenance for JDS since 2012.
